Welcome to Elmwood Cemetery. Elmwood Cemetery is owned and operated by The Perth Cemetery Company, a not-for-profit organization and a registered Canadian charity. The company which was incorporated in 1872 is governed by an active volunteer Board of Directors. We are located at 165 Dufferin Road, north of Highway #7 in the Town of Perth, Lanark County, Ontario and we are the only operating cemetery within the Town of Perth.

The Perth Cemetery Company is licensed by the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, license number 3281729. Our registered charity number is 127301901 RR0001.

The cemetery is required to file price lists, lot plans and bylaws with the BAO, and make price lists available to any potential purchasers of our services, The by-laws must be adhered to for the cemeteries proper operation, maintenance and administration as well as for the safe use of all interment rights holders, visitors and employees.
